Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a pain free, table based, assisted stretching method that opens space in the joint capsules using gentle traction, then elongates the muscles and fascia to provide better mobility, stability and joint health. It is a science based system of dynamic movement based stretching.
Every session is an individualized assessment of function and mobility to determine the specific parameters of assisted stretching to be applied in order to achieve positive outcomes in client function. FST is for all age groups, fitness levels, athletic levels, pro athletes, and for every person looking to improve their quality of movement.

Why Stretch Fascia vs Muscle?
Fascia surrounds each muscle, connects them to each other and penetrates deep inside them, it also connects the muscles to tendons, ligaments and bone to form a body-wide, smart functional network. For pain relief and to reduce joint/muscle pain and bring mobility back to the joints.
Is it like Massage, Pilates or Yoga?
FST is completely different yet completely compatible with other methods of therapy and training.

During a Fascial Stretch Therapy session you will lay comfortably on the table while your Certified FST Practitioner gently manipulates the joints, fascia, and muscles to relieve tension (tightness), joint restrictions through traction along with movement of the limbs into the new range of motion positions. You will often notice pain relief and improved mobility often after just one session.
